An effective and commercially-minded communicator, Carina draws from more than 25 years of experience across media, government and law to support clients with insights from a rare multi-disciplinary perspective.

Carina has substantial experience in stakeholder engagement, profile raising and crisis and reputation management and has advised clients across the resources, technology, education, health and property sectors.

Prior to joining Purple, Carina was a journalist at The West Australian and worked in the paper’s Federal Parliament bureau in Canberra as a political reporter and chief of staff. She subsequently held both government and political roles as a public affairs officer in the Federal Department of Health and Ageing and media adviser to the Federal Attorney-General and Minister for Communications and the Arts. Carina is also a qualified lawyer.
